Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy on sealed products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, sealed or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt / order number as proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@monsutagames.com. Once contacted we will walk you through the steps on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and not issued a refund.
Please Note: You will be responsible for postage costs and ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition received.
The above policy will not apply to trading card singles and any other non-seal products. The return request for these products must be made within 7-days of receiving and must not have been removed from there packaging (plastic sleeve or other).
Please note that if the item returned does not satisfy these requirements we will not accept it.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after confirming receipt of the items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is a 14-day limit to this offer which will not be extended.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Pre-order Cancellation
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
Quality Guarantee
Monsuta Games only provides quality products. We offer official items all of which are clearly listed within the description of the items. All products we sell will be in mint condition unless otherwise stated.
